It is with sadness that we announce the passing of St. Peter's parishioner Cornel Chetty on March 18, at the age of 65. May he rest in peace and rise in glory!

Born and raised in Capetown, South Africa, Cornel and his wife Diane emigrated to Calgary in 2001 and started attending the 8 AM service at St. Peter's fairly soon after. Cornel worked as a draftsman and retired in 2020. He was passionate about his family – adult daughters Jade and Tana-lee, as well as his beloved Diane – and he loved photography, videography and to visit Heritage Park.

A funeral service will be held at St. Peter's in next few weeks, and will be announced in an upcoming issue of the newsletter. Please join us in praying for the Chetty family, and all who loved Cornel.
