Linita is a Student Services Learning Leader through the Calgary Board of Education and a Master of Arts Interdisciplinary Studies Instructor at Athabasca University. She was born in Calgary, Alberta, after her parents immigrated to Canada from Kerala, India.
Apart from teaching, she is a writer and has authored two published books: Life To Be Given Back Again to Whence It Came (2022) and The Revelations of Eapen (2023). The books explore her doctoral dissertation, which examined the effect of storytelling on processing and reconciling death and living losses.
Linita has been a member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church for the past 39 years and has contributed her service as lector, musician, altar assistant, and on parish council.
