UPDATES & NOTICES From the desk of the Interim: Thank you all for participating in our Annual General Meeting of Parish Members, on February 14, 2021, amidst COVID - 19 restrictions. Over 50 packages were either picked up or dropped off at residences. Here are the results; 1) Minutes of the AGM held on February 9, 2020 - Accepted 2) Revenues and Expenses Sheet - Approved 3) All reports - Accepted 4) Synod Delegates for 2021 are - Arnold Williams and Bill Chestnut 5) Parish Treasurer: Michael Bright - Accepted 6) Review of Parish Revenues and Expenses: Nancy Murdoch - Accepted 7) Parish Council Members (second term) are: Lynne Arling Helen Sharpe Gavin Hendrickson Peter Leigh 8) A new nomination to the Parish Council is Barry O’Flynn 9) Rector’s Warden: Garth Dymond; Assistant Rector’s Warden: Lois Ellis 10) People’s Warden - vacant (Ann Bright wrote, “I have decided that my term as People’s Warden will just be one year. I will be stepping down after the Annual General Meeting.”); Assistant People’s Warden: Hal Anderson
