Diocesan Pastoral Care Day

The Diocese of Calgary is hosting a Pastoral Care Day in a few weeks, and laypeople and clergy from across the diocese are encouraged to attend.

Topics will include: grief, bereavement, palliative and end-of-life care; pastoral prayer; a pastoral care team discussion and a healing service discussion.

"We will gather to learn and to celebrate pastoral care ministry happening in our parishes," according to the organizers. "This is meant to be an interactive and team-building event. Bring a parish member and fill a car!"
