Many parishioners from St. Peter's gathered in St. Laurence Anglican Church January 3 to say goodbye to Al and Wendy Both. Their memorial service was a powerful tribute to impact they had on many people – in both parishes, the Cursillo community and in their families in Canada, South Africa and beyond.

Al and Wendy's beloved son Christopher shared a lovely eulogy and tributes from family who couldn't be present, Rev. Jane Rowland emphasized the hope of Christ in her homily on Psalm 1:1-3 and Romans 8:38-39 and Rev. Carolyn Herold provided comfort and peace in her role as celebrant.

Give rest, O Christ, to your servants with your saints,
where sorrow and pain are no more,
neither sighing, but life everlasting.

May they rest in peace and rise in glory.
